Hi Sweta,
I'm not looking for a refund. Rather, I want to upgrade to Silver for two months but we paid for the annual subscription. Is it possible to charge us an additional $10 in the event we receive more submissions? Or can you please tell me how many submissions are remaining on our account? We need to send out the forms next week.

Hi Amber,
Regarding your inquiry about upgrading to the Silver plan for two months while currently on an annual subscription, keep in mind that Jotform subscriptions are either monthly or yearly, and there isn't an option to upgrade for just a specific short period like two months.
However, if you anticipate receiving more submissions than your current plan allows, you can upgrade your account to a higher plan at any time. The unused time on your current plan will be prorated and applied to the new plan, so you will only pay the difference for the upgrade.
As for the submissions remaining on your account, it shows that your current submission is at 35/1,000
