Hi Tyler,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems you are referring to your FOH form, as there are email conditions in it. I cloned and tested the form to replicate the issue, but it appears to be working correctly, as I receive the assigned email according to my result. Check out the screencast below:
I also checked the conditions, and I did not notice any issue so far. Could you provide more details about which color combination is causing the email to fail?

Hi Tyler,
Can you explain a bit more about when you said email keeps failing so we can help you with it? Do you mean the emails are not sent to the recipients? Or, the emails are sending but it is the wrong emails? If it's the first case, can you share with us some email addresses that's affected?
