Comment on the form isn't showing.

    I created a feedback survey form. I replied on one of the questions with the comment option on one of the questions . I didn’t see my comments show up on the feedback form when I forwarded to my personal email.

    Hi Dee,

    Only those with access to your Inbox can see the comment you added to the submission. If you'd like to forward the submission via email with a comment, you can add a text field to the form and hide it so only you can see it. After your client submits the form, you can edit the submission in Tables to add your comment, then forward it via email. Let me show you how:

    First, we will add a Long Text field in your form.

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Long Text field.
    3. Drag and drop it to your form.
    4. Click the Gear icon on the right side of the field.
    5. Under the Advanced tab, and then enable the Hide field.

    Once there's a submission, you can edit it in the Tables to add your comment and forward it via email.

    1. In Tables, click the cell of the hidden field and write your comment.
    2. Click the submission and then tick the checkbox.
    3. Click the three dots icon on the right side of the screen.
    4. Click Forward, and then enter the email where you want to send it.
    5. Click the Send Email button once you're done.

    Hi, Thank you! I was able to fix the issue with your assistance. I did notice that there is an invoice attached to my customer survey sheet when it is sent to my email. How can I remove the automatic invoice?
