Update Mispelled Email Address

Please update my email address to camdenmethodistcommunication@gmail.com.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address camdenmethodistcommunication@gmail.com and currently, it is already associated with a Jotform account. If you have forgotten the password, you can send out a Password Reset email to update the password of the account to gain access. Here's how to do it:

1. In Login Page, click on Forget Password?.

2. Enter your account username or email address

3. Click on Send Reset Instruction.

4. Check your email for the Password Reset Instruction and click on Reset Password.

5. Enter your new account password.

6. Click on Create a New Password.
