Hello! before I commit a plan i'd love to be able to test out the logic-based email triggers to send our website 'contact us' form to the proper people/departments. I'm a longtime formstack customer and something about our google enterprise account isn't allowing the emails to deliver to our internal recipients, which is why i'm looking to change platforms. Could I test out this form for a day or two to ensure I don't have this same issue with your platform? In the free/trial plan I'm only allowed to test it with one recipient and i need to ensure all 8 people can successfully receive the triggered email when a customer selects that department. Thank you!

Hi Holly,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can test your form anytime you wish to ensure that the condition you create in the form works, but keep in mind that in the Starter plan, you have a 100 Monthly submission limit, and all of your test submissions will count against your Monthly submission limit. In addition, I checked the email address careers@fultonbeer.com, which you added as one of your recipients in the Notification Email is added in our Bounce List with the following reason below:
Reason(s) : bounced (host ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.com[142.250.101.26] said: 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Please try 550-5.1.1 double-checking the recipient's email address for typos or 550-5.1.1 unnecessary spaces. For more information, go to 550 5.1.1 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=NoSuchUser d2e1a72fcca58-73e25a48418si34827b3a.209 - gsmtp (in reply to RCPT TO command))
But don't worry, I have successfully removed it from the list. In addition, the email address is added to our bounce list whenever a sufficient number of emails are returned, preventing more rejections. Rejected emails can cause our messages to be filtered on a much bigger scale and increase our overall spam score. That's why, we suggest adding the Jotform's domains and IP addresses to your email whitelist. This ensures that notifications from submissions and other form activity arrive in your mailbox and contributes to dependable communication. Also, adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to the contacts lists to prevent being added back to the bounce list.
