Jotform Tables: Missing data

I sent out a survey, had participants answer, and then half of their answers are not populating at all. There were 11 questions total and only 2 answers show. Why are their answers not showing?

    Hi Katie,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Jotform Tables: Missing data Image 1 Screenshot 40 I have cleared your form caches. Can you go ahead and try it again? We suggest you try it on a different browser and let us know how it goes. If the same thing happens again, Clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser.

If the issue continues, can you try to submit a test submission to your form?

I can also look into this for you. I’ll just need access to your account to do that. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
