Agent AI: Unable to upload CSV file

    Trying to upload a CSV file (not huge) to the knowledge base of the AI agent and its hanging then failing... One actually worked prior of same format and size?

    1. Check the file format and size: Although your CSV is not huge, please verify it adheres to the expected format and does not contain any corrupt or unusual data that might cause the process to hang.
    2. Try uploading a different file type: If possible, try uploading a PDF or using the Question & Answer format to add information to the knowledge base, as these methods are supported and sometimes more stable.
    3. Use the AI Builder steps for uploading: In Jotform AI Builder, click on Train, then go to Knowledge Base, and select the appropriate upload method (Knowledge, PDF, or Q&A). Follow the prompts to upload and save your file.
    4. Clear cache or try a different browser: Sometimes browser issues can cause upload failures. Clearing your cache or trying another browser might help.
    5. Check for any limits or restrictions: Ensure your account is not hitting any upload or storage limits that might prevent the file from being added.
