Hello,
I had a draft saved, but it suddenly got deleted.
I don’t send it, and the link I received when I last saved the draft doesn’t work anymore.
It now leads to a “submission draft not found” page.
I asked my professor (form owner): he didn’t receive anything, and didn’t delete the form or draft on his hand either, because the link he originally gave me still works (https://form.jotform.com/250038178636460). The problem is that my whole progression disappeared.
I checked the “trash” and “archive” but my draft isn’t there, and it’s only been 2 weeks since I last opened Jotform to review my work (April 10th). I know I’m not the only person to whom it happened, already several persons in our class are in the same case.
Can you retrieve my draft in your server? It’s quite urgent.

Hi Maëlle,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we don't store drafts on our servers, so we’re unable to retrieve lost progress. The issue may be due to session expiration or browser cache clearing.
I recommend asking the form owner (your professor) to check the Incomplete Submissions section in the Submission Table, as drafts appear there. Note that if an incomplete submission has been deleted from the Jotform table, the form filler will no longer be able to access the Edit Submission Link. Since the submission was never fully completed and submitted, it was not assigned a Submission ID, meaning the edit link becomes invalid once the draft is removed.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can do for you.
