Adding a Signature doc within existing App

Hi-

I created an app for work (not on this account) and uploaded a signed document to the app. I noticed that it gave a sign error since there are 2 signers on the signature document. Is there a way to solve it so that it allows both signatures?

Just to let you know, this form will have continuous usage since it is within the App...
