I have shared the table with my co-workers, they down download an excel or CSV file, but they can not download the PDFs? Please advise, is there a way I can give them access to download a PDF?

Hi SubZeroSW,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Sharing Jotform Tables and allowing collaborators to see the download button will only allow them download submissions as Excel and CSV. If you want your co-workers to download the submissions as PDFs, you will have to share with them the form's PDF editor page. Let me show you how:
1. Click on the downward arrow in the top left corner of the page and select PDF Editor from the options to be redirected to PDF Editor page.
2.Click on Share button in the top right corner of the page, and click on Create Link.
3.Invite your co-workers on the Invite by Email box, then click on the Gear Icon to open Settings.
4.Set the Permission as a Collaborator and the Select Documents options to All Documents.

Hi SubZeroSW,
If you share your PDF Editor with a user and give them collaborator access, they can edit the content of your PDF template. So, you can set their access to read-only, as it gives them the option to download the PDF report.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
