Hi Academy_gregory,
I understand you are experiencing an issue where the conditions you set up in your form work correctly. When I cloned and tested your form, I saw a condition that gives a warning. It means that you're previously deleted a relevant field for the condition. You can check out the screenshot below to see my result:
Can you recreate or edit this condition without missing fields? Let me show you how you can do it:
- Open your form in Smart PDF Forms, and in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Select Conditions on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the issued condition, and click on the Pencil icon on the right side of it to edit the condition.
Once you edit your condition, can you try to replicate the issue you’re having? If you’re still having issues, we’ll move forward with another solution.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any other help.

Hi Academy_gregory,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The conditional logic shown in your screenshot are working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
I went ahead and cleared your form cache, as this typically fix minor form issues. You can also clear your browser's cache, refresh your page, or try using other browser or device when accessing the form. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
