My account email is getting notifications about a form that it is not a linked to

    I have one form that is behaving strangely. I have an email set to receive the notifications, which it does, but it also sends an email to the main account email, which I do not want. My other jot form does not do this. Thanks.

    Hi Ross,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything worked as expected. The email notification was sent directly to the recipient specified in the Notification Email settings, and not to the main account's email. You can try to remove the Notification email and add it back to see if this can fix the issue. Let me show you how:

    First, we will remove the Nonfiction email.

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Hover your mouse on the Notification email and then click the Gear icon.
    4. Select Delete and then click on Delete button.

    Now, we will add it back.

    1. In Smart PDF Forms, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Click on Add Email button.
    4. Select Notification Email,
    5. Configure the contents and then click on Save button once done.

    That's it. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    This did not work unfortunately. Here is what the email we receive still looks life, even after deleting and re-adding the correct email. Could this be from JotForm's sign feature specifically? Maybe there's a notification setting for Signing I didn't see?

    Hi Ross,

    Based on the screenshot you shared, this is an email regarding with the Jotform Sign feature. It's really easy to disable to stop receiving one after every submission. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Jotform Sign in the menu on the left side of the page.
    3. Then, disable Jotform Sign Automation. That's it.
