How to recover a deleted form?

is it possible to recover a form that has mistakenly been cleared at the upload page? I can not rever in the history and i dont see it in the trash

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to restore a form that you accidentally deleted? You can restore it from your Trash Folder within 30 days of deletion by following this guide, but if the form is not visible in your Trash folder, it means it might not be recoverable through the usual restoration process.
