Hello,
I would like to make our form, Food Bank CENC Photo Release Form 2025, public so more than one person can view and sign the document. Right now, I can't view or change access settings, nor can I find a generic link for everyone to view and sign.

Hi iborha,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can share your Sign Document publicly in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:
1. Open your document in Sign Builder, and then click on Send in the green navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Share with Link.
3. Now, select the role that will start the signing flow from the Dropdown menu.
4. If there are multiple signers, enter their details and click on Create Link.
5. Then, click on Copy Link, and you're ready to share your document.
Now, when someone submits the document, it will automatically notify the other signers. You can also assign the first signer to enter the other signers instead of entering them manually each time. Let me walk you through it:
- While in the Share With Link menu, hover your mouse over either the Name or Email input field, and click on the Signator icon that appears on the right side of the box.
- Select the role from the Dropdown menu, and click on Save. That’s it, you’re done.
You can also check out our guide about How to Send a Document for Signature With Jotform Sign for more information.
Let us know if you need any other help.

Thank you for this answer!
I do not want other signers to be notified when this consent form is signed due to the personal information on this form. I just would like a public link for people to sign that is not assigned to one particular person. Is that possible?

Hi Imadé,
Jotform Sign allows you to share documents publicly via a link that multiple people can use to sign. However, the system is designed to notify other signers when the document is signed, as part of the signing workflow and audit trail. If you want to avoid notifying other signers due to the personal information on the form, the current setup does not support completely anonymous public signing without notifications. The public link feature requires setting an initial signer and optionally adding other signers, which triggers notifications upon signing.
In summary, while you can create a public link for multiple signers, the notifications to other signers are part of the standard process and cannot be disabled individually for privacy reasons.
If you want a form that anyone can sign without notifications or assigned signers, you might consider using a regular Jotform form instead of Jotform Sign, which is designed specifically for signature workflows with signer notifications.
Let us know if you have any questions.
