I did a test on the form and did not receive a submission.

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your Crumb & Get It Order Form from your account, and there's no current submission from it. Were you able to successfully submit the form? You need to make an actual payment for you to be able to submit it. However, when I cloned your form and tested it, I was able to receive a Notification email. Check out my screenshot below:
Here's the result in my tables:
As you can see, there are payment details from the product. Can you check your tables if you also have this?
After we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
