Can I Send Form Submission PDF, Form Uploads, and Signed Documents to OneDrive Using a Single Workflow?

    How can I send Form PDFs, attachments, signed Jotform Sign documents all to one subfolder?

    I set it up in the workflow so the form pdf and its attachments are sent to a subfolder in Onedrive titled the participant's name but I want the signed documents in the process to go there as well. How can I set this up?

    Hi Pam,

    Currently, it’s not possible to send signed Jotform Sign documents to the same OneDrive subfolder where your form PDFs and attachments are being saved through the same workflow. To achieve something similar for Jotform sign documents, you’ll need to set up a separate integration to allow signed documents to be sent to OneDrive, but in a different folder. Let me walk you through the steps:

    1. In Sign Builderin the green navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

    2. In the menu on the left, click on Integrations.

    3. In the Search bar, enter OneDrive and click on it.

    6. Enter the name of the folder where your signed documents will be saved, then click Save.

    Note that this OneDrive integration only works for standalone Jotform Sign documents created directly in the Jotform Sign workspace. If the signed document is generated through a form’s Sign Automation, it won’t be detected or sent to OneDrive, even if the integration is set up. Also, you’ll need to set up the integration separately for each Sign document you want connected to OneDrive.

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t available at Jotform right now, we’ve escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it’s developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
