Hi beltontigercheer,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Try to delete your current product list field and add it again, then reconnect to PayPal to refresh connect. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on your Product List field and click on the Trashcan icon.
2. Click on the Add Element menu on the left side of the page.
3. Under the Payment tab, click on PayPal to add it back to your form field. And reconnect your payment gateway.
