Dropdown element doesn't show in the generated PDF document

This option does not reflect on the generated PDF afterwards. Please assist

Thanks for using Jotform. I understand that the 'Fire fighting equipment available (multiple options selectable)' field doesn't show on the generated PDF document. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue and the same thing happened. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

When I checked further, I found that it hasn't been added to the document. Can you try to add the field to the PDF document in PDF Editor? It's really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, click on Add Element at the top-left of your screen.
2. Now, in the Form Fields tab of the panel on the left, navigate to the field named Fire fighting equipment available (multiple options selectable) and drag and drop it into the document.

That's it. Now the 'Fire fighting equipment available (multiple options selectable)' field will show on the generated PDF document. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:
