How to add automated scoring for each question

Hi Giang,

I understand that you want to calculate scores per section and overall; you can achieve that by using Update/Calculate Fields conditions and Calculation widgets. Let me show you how:

1. Add short text for each question.

• In Form Builder, click on Add Element at the upper left part of the page.
• The option panel will show at the left part of the page; select Basic and scroll down.
• Click on the Short Text element to add it to your form.

2. Set correct answers via Conditions.

• Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the upper part of the page.
• On the option panel at the left part of the page, click on Conditions.
• Select the Update/Calculate Field.
• Then set up the conditions and click on the Save button.

3. Add a Calculation Widget to your form.

• Click on Add Element at the upper left part of the page.
• The option panel will show at the left part of the page; select Widgets.
• Click on Calculation widget to add it to your form.
• Click on the Magic Wand icon to set up the calculation.
• Click on Save.
