    Hi,

There are submissions from April 21, 2025, onwards not appearing in my Google Sheets for the "Company Expenses Claim" form. I have

    • Verify that the Google Sheets integration is still connected and authorized in your form settings.
    • Check changes to the Google account permissions or if the spreadsheet was moved or deleted.

This is the URL for the form.

    https://form.jotform.com/250607336803454

    I have also

    • Remove and Re-integrate Google Sheets: Sometimes, re-establishing the connection can resolve underlying issues.
    • Check Submission Status: Verify that the submissions in question were successfully submitted and are visible in Jotform Tables.
    • Review Integration Settings: Ensure that the correct columns are mapped and that no filters are preventing the data from being sent.

it still does not work and the forms submitted is still not in my google sheet. Please help.

    Hi hr0627640,

I tried to manually pushed the submissions to your Google Sheets, but I'm getting a 'No grid with ID' error. Are you editing the integrated Google Sheets? I was able to replicate the issue, getting the same error, when I've deleted the worksheet on my cloned form. But after removing and re-integrating Google Sheets, it works again.

Note that renaming column headings in Google Sheets break the integration, and adding filters in Google Sheets may stop the spreadsheet from updating. When this happens, I suggest re-integrating your Google Sheets. Let me show you how to do this:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings on the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
    2. Select Integrations from the left side window.
    3. Click on Google Sheets. One submission didnt push through Google Sheets Image 1 Screenshot 50 Screenshot 10
    4. Click on the Three Dots icon of your current action.
    5. Select Delete Action. One submission didnt push through Google Sheets Image 2 Screenshot 61 Screenshot 21
    6. From the modal, click on Yes, Discard. One submission didnt push through Google Sheets Image 3 Screenshot 72 Screenshot 32
    7. Click on Add New Action and reintegrate your Google Sheets account. One submission didnt push through Google Sheets Image 4 Screenshot 83 Screenshot 43
