Can’t assign my form to others

    I can have access to many of the settings in the app. It keeps saying that I don’t have access to it.
    And I can assign my form to clients

    Hi Tania,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you try to logout and login into your account, then try again? If possible, do try to uninstall the app, then install it again, and test it again. Keep in mind that you'll need to sync all your unsynced submissions, otherwise uninstalling the app will also delete your unsynced submissions.

    If the issue still persists even after you uninstall and reinstall the app, do share with us the form URL here, so we can check more into it for you.
