Hello, I am the user of the form and I've realized that I have exceeded my usage limit. Even after deleting some files, my form is still not functioning. Could you please help me restore access? Thank you!

Hi wayne234346321,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account usage and see that they're below your account limits. Your forms are active and can also receive submissions. Check out the screenshot below for my result with I loaded your form:
If you often reach your account limits, consider upgrading your account. It's really easy to Upgrade your Account. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Hi wayne234346321,
You're welcome. Glad everything’s working fine now. To help avoid future interruptions, feel free to check your account’s usage. Let me show you how to check that:
1. In your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Then click on View All. This will display your current usage.
Another way to view this is by going to your Account Usage page. Let me show you how:
1. In your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture in the top-right corner.
2. Next, you can click either your Avatar, your Name, or Settings.
3. On the right-hand side, go to the Usage tab.
That's it. If you often reach your limits, you might also consider upgrading your plan, as mentioned by my colleague.
We also have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
