Form Calculations Widget not working

Widget is not working well.

In the example, "Correlativo" should be: DT-2025-20.

It works sometimes, as you can see in the tables

When I tested your form, the same thing happened. Before we escalate this to the developers, can you share a screenshot of the form tables showing the Correlativo column? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.

As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

I made a clone, I see that when I edit the form it is working.

So, for this time, it´s working well for me.
