Make the Total Sales field the same size and design as the other fields

In the "Sales" section, make the "Total Sales" the same size and design as the other fields in this section. Format the "Total Sales" fields with a comma to separate thousands as the other fields in this section.

I checked the Total Sales field, and it currently matches the other field's size and design. As for adding a comma to separate thousands, you can use the commaSeparate function in the Form Calculation widget. Let me walk you through it:

1. In Form Builder, select the Total Sales field and click on its Wand icon.

2. In the right panel, select the space after the dollar sign, then click on f(x) button.

3. Then, place the closing parenthesis, at the end of the calculation.

4. Finally, click on the Save button.
