hello, I am looking for help on how to open upload space on our account. I have cleared a majority of previous submissions and was wondering why we still get messages saying we are running out of upload space. Please let me know what I can do to keep this from happening.

Hi Allen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated the upload limit, and the issue is now fixed. Your Upload Space is currently at 25.72 MB / 100.00 MB. If the issue persists, you can go ahead and clear the form cache, although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
