I have created a workflow in Jotform to manage internal requests. The form and approval steps are working fine, but we are currently not receiving any email notifications from the workflow — neither the approval request nor the confirmation emails.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your Request Form and I saw that your workflow isn't set up. Check out my screenshot below:
For your approval to work, you need to add an approval element in your workflow. We have a guide on A General Approach on Building an Approval Process Workflow that you can check out. The recipient email anumjatoi36@gmail.com for your notification email is not on our bounce list. I also checked your email logs and can confirm that the notification email was successfully sent. Take a look at my screenshot below:
