Cannot Edit Jotform Paragraph

    Hi,

    We are having trouble editing the paragraphs in our jot forms - it keeps coming with 'there is an issue, please try again later'. This has been the case for over a week. Are we doing something wrong?

    Hi Tina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tested one of your form and can't replicate the issue, everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    I have cleared your form caches as a precaution, test it again after clearing your browser cache. Also test it on a different browser or a device. If the issue persists, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

    Hi Afzal,
    We have tried again this morning to edit the paragraphs in 3 different JotForm’s with the same error coming up on each form. Please see the photo attached.

    Hi Tina,

    We did not receive the screenshots which you tried to share in your last email so, can you resend them with an error? I've cleared your form caches; your forms are now refreshed. Have you tried clearing your safari web browser's caches; or used Google Chrome's incognito mode for editing your form with the Paragraph element yet? Can you share with us the screencast using Loom or any other platform? The shared link needs to be set to publically available, The link needs to be set to the public, otherwise we won't be able to access it.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
