Unable to use Jotform

    I am unable to use Jotform. Please resolve the issue urgently.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and your forms and see that they're in good standing status. I've also tested your form and see that it works correctly. Can you try it again using a different browser or device and see how it goes? If the same thing happens again, let us know together with a screenshot of the error and the steps you did to replicate the issue. This will allow us to understand what's going on and help you further.
