Hello Jotform Support Team,
We are currently experiencing severe issues with our Jotform account. The platform is loading very slowly, and in many cases, we are unable to access or use the forms at all. Additionally, the submission tables are appearing blank, even though there should be data in them.
This issue is critically affecting our operations, as we rely heavily on Jotform for handling client submissions and managing daily transactions.
Please treat this as an urgent matter and assist us in resolving it as soon as possible. If there is a known issue or temporary outage, kindly update us right away so we can inform our team accordingly.
