I made several edits to the form, but they are not showing online or in the jotform preview screen.

    Hi CorinthShelter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you made several edits to your form, but they are not showing online or in the preview screen. I checked the link you've shared where you embedded the form on your website and the form itself and I could see some different fields showing:

Live Form, Alternative Phone Number is on the form

Alternative Phone Number field doesn't appear on the Embedded form.

In order to sync the recent edits, can you try to embed your form using iFrame? Embedding your form using iFrame is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
    3. Now, select the embed option you want to use, and click on Copy Code.
    4. Paste your code into your webpage's embed area, and that’s it.

And that's it. I cleared your form's cache on my end as a form of basic troubleshooting. Clearing your form caches is one of the ways to refresh your forms.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
