Hi, I'm trying to update my billing info, and I've used your Bot suggestions, and I need a human being to actually check your site and correct whatever is going on with your Billing page. I'm unable to update my primary billing, and I'm unable to enter a new credit card to use for my primary billing because the form fill areas are not allowing me to enter info, regardless of trying it on multiple browsers. Please let me know when you've fixed the situation so I can update my billing credit card info. Thanks! Amy

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There has been a temporary issue with accessing and using the Billing page to update payment methods, but has been resolved since. Can you try again and see if it'll work? Before you do, clear your browser's cache and cookies first. You can also use Incognito or a different browser for this. If you also have a different device to do this, try that as well. If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
