Hello, When I open the application the old messages appear. How to start a new discussion every time the application is opened ?

Hi lyviocavalier,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that the Agent store the conversations and can provide the previous discussion when the person chatting with the AI Agent is identified via the cookies stored in her browser, or when she is logged in her Jotform account. You can make the Agent starting a new discussion by pushing the previous discussions related to this person to the Discussions Archives folder, or to the Trash folder. Let me show you how to do it:
- In your My Workspace, move the mouse over the Agent, and select Conversations.
- Then, in the left panel, select the conversation to be archived.
- Click on the Three Vertical Dots at the top of the left panel.
- And, in the menu poping up, select Archive, or Move to trash, and you're done.
Give it a try and let us know how it's going.

I tried but it doesn't work. In addition, I would like an automatic solution without someone's manual intervention.

Like your AI Agent PODO. Every time I launch it, it starts the conversation with the greeting message, even if I had asked him questions earlier.

Adding information to your AI Agent's Knowledge Base is easy. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Agent Builder, in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Train.
2. Now, click on Add New Knowledge.
3. Enter accurate details your AI Agent can use to provide the best responses. This includes your Company Overview, Product features, Pricing, Policies, FAQs, and any other key information customers may ask about.
4. Now, click on Save at the bottom of the page, and you're all set.
