My App: How to turn off the form icon?

I need to get rid of the orange box with 3 white lines. See attached:

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me show you how to disable the icon:

1. Open your App in App Builder, and select the Form.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the form field to open Properties.
3. Under the Properties, click on Style and toggle on the show icon to turn it off.
