Change Email Address in Account

    Company was acquired and domain changed. I need to change my email from kellys@m-corp.us to kelly.smith@coolsys.com.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. it seems that the email kelly.smith@coolsys.com is already associated with another account. Keep in mind that it's not possible to use the email that is registered with another account. To change your current account email, you need to free the other email from the other Jotform account. You can do that by deleting that account. However, it will take 30 days to completely delete your account, after that you can use this email.

    I suggest you log in to that other account and update that account email address with a spare email address, so your actual email will be released immediately. Then you can use that email address in your current account. For example, if your main email address is test@test.com, to release this email you need to change the email address of that account with a spare email address test1@example.com. Then your test@test.com email will be released, and we can update that email in this account. After releasing that email, let us know and we can manually change the email address.
