Unable to update card

hello am trying to update my card on file but it is giving me a little paper like icon when i try to add my card into the slot. will only let me type my name

It wont pop up the keyboard and on the laptop it wint let me type anything

Can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if that resolves the loading issue? You can also try using incognito mode or using a different internet connection to rule out any local connectivity problems.
