How to change the email for a guest account

I want to change the email address associated with my Jotform account from crcenter@sbcglobal.net to hello@monicahouttuin.com because I no longer have access to the old email address.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the email address crcenter@sbcglobal.net that you mentioned, and it doesn’t appear to be associated with any registered Jotform account and seems to be a guest account only. Guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be getting a reset password sent to your email account. I would recommend signing up using the same email.

If you are referring to another Jotform account, provide the email address or username, and we will check the status to see why you are having difficulties logging into the account.
