Trying to merge multiple accounts

I am trying to find information on jotform, but it appears to be in multiple locations. How can I see all the accounts and dashboards the team has? How can I access forms for people no longer with the organization?

    Hi Pedro,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're talking about checking each Jotform accounts your team has in one page, unfortunately that is not possible. Each account is considered a standalone, individual account, and for you to check all of them, you need to have access to each account, and do it separately. This is the same for accessing forms for someone else's account, regardless if the account or form owner is still with your organization or not.

Do note though that this is not a recommended practice, as it is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials, or access someone else's account, unless explicitly provided by the owner, under their sole discretion. At the same time, it is also not possible to merge one account with another, as each Jotform account is treated as an individual and unique account, along with its data. Here are some options you can try so you can gain access to other user's forms without the need of logging into a Jotform account:

Going for any of the above sharing features can give you access to a form's database, or work with a form together with other users to manage it real time. But, note that this does not give you the capability to access the account where the form is connected to. You still need to access those accounts manually and individually to be able to get to each or any of them.

Reach out again if you need any other help.
