I would like to create a form where our customers can simply pay one or more of their invoices via pay pal. They would enter invoice number and amount and pay. I don't seem to find a template for that. I have looked at the Donation templates but once in PayPal it says "Donation".
Do you have a template for this or can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Bob

Hi Bob,
While Jotform doesn't offer a specific template for invoice payments, you can use the regular PayPal integration and set the Payment Type to User Defined Amount. Then, add a Text field to collect the invoice number and a Number field for the payment amount. This setup allows users to enter their invoice number and pay any amount they choose, which is useful for flexible or custom payments.
How to Setup a PayPal Payment Form. Let me walk you through it:
- Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the Form Builder page.
- Under the Payments tab, choose one of the PayPal options.
- In the panel on the right side of the page, click on Connect. This will take you to the PayPal page.
- Now, enter all of the necessary information and connect your PayPal account with your form. That's it. You're done.
If you'd like more information about the payment limits, check out Jotform's Pricing page.
Give it a try and reach out again if you need any other help.
