Security Certificate Error

Hi,

I user is reporting a security certificate error on my form:

I am not able to re-create this on my device. Attached is a screenshot.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Upon checking the link provided, I was unable to replicate the security certificate error using the same browser shown in the screenshot (Safari). To troubleshoot further, you can try the following:  

• Use an updated browser to ensure compatibility with the latest security protocols.  
• Check for network or antivirus interference, as these can sometimes disrupt HTTPS connections. Temporarily disable your antivirus or network restrictions to see if it resolves the issue.  
• Clear Safari’s cache and browsing history, as outdated data can cause issues with secure connections. Restart Safari after clearing the cache and history.
