We received a new Transaction Key from Authorize.net. We have 7 forms using Authorize.net. How do we edit to change the Key?

    Hi smillwee,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to use a new Transaction Key for your Authorize.net integration, you can update it in the integration's settings. Here's how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon on the right side of your product list.
    2. On the right panel that shows, enter your new Transaction Key.
    3. Click on Continue once done, and that's it.

    1. I don't see a Wand.
    2. We do not have a Product List, as all payments are User Defined.
    3. I already have Authorize.net on my forms. I need to update or edit the Transaction Key.

    Thanks

    Hi smillwee,

I understand what you mean now. I see that you're using Reusable Payment Connections. Currently, you can't edit a payment connection's credentials. What you can do instead is create a new connection and use that one for your 7 forms. Here's how to add a new one:

    1. Go to the account's Connections page.
    2. Click on the Add Connection button on the upper right side of the page.
    3. In the pop-up that shows, select Authorize.Net and enter the necessary information needed.
    4. Next, just connect your account and once that's done, click on the Save button.

Now, after the new payment connection has been created, update your forms and switch to the new one you just created:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Card icon on the upper right side of the page.
    2. On the right panel that opens, click on the Plug icon and in the pop-up window that shows, select the new payment connection you created and click on the Switch button.
    3. On the next pop-up window, click on Yes, Switch to confirm, and that's it.

Do the same thing to your other forms, and that's it. To avoid losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. You can also check out our guide about How to Add and Manage Reusable Payment Connections for more information.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
