It seems to open up to a “sign up” or register option instead of the form I assigned.

Hi Jeremiah,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I tried accessing your form using my mobile phone (Android), and I was able to easily access it. Check out the screenshot below:
This is also the same case on my computer, which I was able to access the form as well without issues. If you assign a form via email invitation, the form will automatically prompt the end user to sign up/in to a Jotform account for the form to be accessed. If you want users to easily and directly access the form with the signing part, you can simply share the form's link or URL to them, by any means available to you like email, social media post, etc. It's easy to get a form's link or URL. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share menu, the form URL will be shown in the middle of the page, just below Share with Link. Click on the Copy Link button and paste the copied link together with your next reply.
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
2. In the menu on the left, go to Email, and then select Share On Email.
4. Go to the Recipients tab and add the email address to send it to.
5. Once done, click on Send.
6. You can then choose to Send Another, or click on Done to complete the process.
Give them a try and let us know if you need any other help.
