Use action button to send PDF - can't select adopter email

Have action button to "Send Records" which is set as a "Send PDF". I have PDF attachment selected, but under "Recipient Addresses", need it to send to my "Adopter Email" address, but the field does not appear as an option as a field. Please help!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If yes, I can't see a field added for Adopter Email. If the form isn't collecting it, you can't assign it as a recipient email address. The option is you enter the email address of the person you want to send the PDF to. If you're referring to a different form, can you share the URL of the form for us to check?

Hi there. So yes, the information in the PDF is pulled from that form, however, that form does not originally include the adopter information as we use that form as intake form for dogs. We want to use the "Send Records" to send the info to the "Adopter email" that is linked in the table. Is there a way to do that?

Can you share the link to the Jotform Tables where you've set up the send records button? I’ll also need access to your account to look into this. Don't worry, you can disable that again after we're done checking things out.  Also, share the link to the Jotform Tables where you've set up the send records button.

Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the upper-right corner of your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the small window that opens, click on Settings.

3. In the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. Then, on the bottom-right side of the page, toggle Jotform Support Access to the On position.
