X > Form Designer button overlaps on right edge, preventing scroll

A user from X has reported a minor design issue affecting their experience. I was able to replicate the issue.

Replication steps:

1. Open a long form in Form Builder.

2. Put the browser scrollbar right next to the Form Designer paint roller button.

3. Try scrolling by clicking the scrollbar next to the button, it won't respond.

When you inspect the element, you'll see the right margin of the button element overlaps on the scrollbar.

Moving the mr-2.5 class within the button DIV container fixes the issue.
