I need to create a survey where respondents can take photos with their phones and directly add them as a response to a survey question. I created a survey with your Take Photo question type, but when I try to complete the survey on my phone, I can only take a photo with the forward facing camera. Respondents will need to take photos using the rear camera. Is there a way to do that?

    Hi Berger_kimberly,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Take Photo widget allows you to decide which camera will capture the photo if the device has more than one camera, such as a smartphone. Let me show you how to update your Take Photo widget's default camera settings:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Wand icon next to the Take photo widget.
    2. In the menu, select Rear under Camera Facing.
    3. Click the Update button.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
