Hi Francis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I just wanted to let you know that the image you sent isn’t displaying properly on our end, it appears to be corrupted or broken, so we’re unable to view the layout you were referring to.
Also, from what I understand in your message, it seems you’re pointing out a good example of a desktop website layout and mentioning that your CEO is open to making improvements based on customer feedback. If that’s correct, could you confirm what you would like us to assist you with? Also, feel free to reupload the screenshot so we can better understand the reference you’re sharing.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Francis,
Just to clarify, the video you shared demonstrates how to create a store using the Jotform Store Builder within the Jotform Mobile App Builder. This is a feature specifically designed for building mobile-friendly apps that can include forms, product listings, and other interactive elements—ideal if you're creating a full mobile app experience.
However, when you're using the Form Builder on a desktop browser, the layout and available features are somewhat different. The desktop Form Builder is primarily designed for creating traditional web forms, and it doesn't include some of the app-specific functionalities, like the app layout, multi-page navigation in app style, or certain store-related widgets.
In short:
- Mobile App Builder (video) = for building apps with a store layout, mobile-first features.
- Desktop Form Builder = for building standalone forms, optimized for web use.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Francis,
Based on your first set of screenshots, I’d recommend embedding your form into a website. That way, you can fully control the layout and design of the page around the form to match your exact needs. As for the latest screenshot you shared — yes, what you're asking is definitely possible using the Jotform Mobile App Builder. This builder gives you more flexibility to design app-style interfaces, including multi-page layouts, product listings, and other mobile-friendly elements. Let me know which direction you prefer to go (website embed or mobile app), and I’ll be happy to help you further with setup or design tips.
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hi Francis,
Unfortunately, the layouts you shared can't be built using Jotform. But you can create a form or use a product order form template and embed it into your website as an iframe. Means the layout on your website will designed by you or a developer, but the order form (product selection) is built using Jotform.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Francis,
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

It sounds like you're looking for a customizable store builder that can be embedded directly into a website with a flexible, desktop-friendly layout. This is a great idea, and I believe it would offer a lot of value to store owners looking for a seamless integration with their websites.
To achieve this, we would need a store builder that allows users to easily adjust the design and functionality to match their specific needs and branding. It could include features like drag-and-drop functionality, customizable templates, and mobile-friendly design options.
If customers request any specific changes or improvements, it's important to ensure the system is flexible enough to accommodate those needs. This could include options for adding custom fields, modifying layouts, or integrating with existing systems seamlessly.
As the XEO said, we’re always open to improving based on user feedback, so continuous updates and customer-driven enhancements would be key to keeping this tool effective and user-friendly.
