    I have had multiple people try and register for our showcase but they are unable to pay. My bank account is connected to the Jotform for payment and has worked in the past.     The error message you're seeing means that your Stripe account cannot process live payments. This usually happens if Stripe needs additional verification or documents for your account. Since this is something only Stripe can resolve, the quickest fix would be to reach out directly to Stripe Support. They’ll be able to tell you exactly why your account is disabled and guide you through reactivating it.

    Once Stripe re-enables your account, your form payments should start working again as expected.
