Hi SmootMiddleton,
This will depend on your preferences. You can add different Thank You page or email address depending on the result. Let me walk you through the steps:
Adding different Thank You page:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
- Click on Conditions at the left sidebar.
- Click on Add Condition button.
- Click on Change Thank You page.
- Configure the conditional logic according to your preferences. Make sure to select Do: Show Custom Message and you can configured using rich text editor.
- Then, click on Save button.
Adding different email address:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings at the top orange navigation bar.
- Click on Emails at the left sidebar.
- Click on Add Email button.
- Click on Autoresponder Email.
- You can configure the email content as preferences. Then, click on Recipients tab.
- Select the email fields within Recipients Email.
- Then, click on Save.
- After that, click on Conditions at the left sidebar.
- Click on Add Conditions button.
- Click on Change Email Recipients.
- Configure your conditional logic as preferred.
- Then, click on Save.
