Birthday Club missing

Please help us!

Why did our birthday forms disappear?
we had a lot of submissions

i noticed the submissions rates were going down from 1717 to 748

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the  Birthday Club form? If so, it seems that it's still present in your account. I suggest double checking your account's trash and archived folder. Let me show you how to check there:

1. In your App, tap on the 3 line icon on the top left corner of the screen.
   
2. Next, tap on the Archive folder or Trash folder to check for your form.
   

From there, you'll see your forms and be able to restore them back to the All Forms folder. We also have a guide on How to Restore Deleted Forms in Jotform Mobile Forms that you can check out.
