Form Views Limit reached

Hello,

I like your forms. They work great.

I am considering purchasing your service, but my concern is trust.

On your free account, you say you get 100 submissions. But I am only showing 51 submissions.

My limit has not been reached from my point of view.

I currently pay for Wufoo forms. I like your service better, but Wufoo never throttles the number of forms I get.

My main concern is just trusting your service. If you say I get 100 submissions and show that I have only 51 submissions and then cut off the service, how can I trust your metrics?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that you have reached your form views limit, which is different from the monthly submission limit. Your Form Views limit is 1000, and it is currently at 1002. You can refer to our guide Form View Limits: What Is It All About? And also our guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
