How do I train my agent to understand that it should prompt users to pay on the following screen after a signature?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to train the AI Agent to prompt the users to pay after the Signature. As a workaround, you can add a Paragraph element after the Signature field and the Agent will show it in the chat. Let me show you how:

1. On your Form Builder, add a Paragraph element after the Signature field.
2. Enter a paragraph on the Paragraph on the field. Example: Please review your form. You will process the payment on the following screen, after clicking the Review & Submit button.
